Terms of Service

VERDIKT is a sports analytics product. We generate an “Edge Score” and related signals from publicly available data and statistical models, for informational and entertainment purposes only.

VERDIKT is not a gambling operator, sportsbook, or financial advisor. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and we do not provide betting, investment, or financial advice. Edge Scores identify statistical edges — they do not predict or guarantee outcomes. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on sports-data or gambling-related services.

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at security@getverdikt.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person or entity per account; do not share accounts.

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Sharp) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice; changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for.
• You can cancel anytime from the Account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
• We do not store your full card details — payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Edge Scores or other content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Service, including the Edge Score methodology, branding, and all content, is owned by Verdikt Analytics and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use while your account is in good standing.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Edge Scores are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdikt Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or losses arising from decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
