Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and, optionally, a display name.
• Subscription data: your plan and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and product preferences (e.g. theme, alert threshold), used to operate and improve the Service.
• Picks you log: the games and calls you choose to track. On the current product these are stored locally in your browser.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and similar logs needed for security and reliability.

• To provide and personalize the Service and your account.
• To process subscriptions and send service and alert emails you've enabled.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• To understand usage in aggregate and improve our models and features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running a secure product, and with your consent where required (for example, marketing emails).

We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our email provider — transactional and alert emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We use essential cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme and plan view. We do not use advertising trackers. You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

• All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• We apply security headers, access controls, and least-privilege practices, and we limit who can access user data.
• No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and contact us at security@getverdikt.io if you spot a vulnerability.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update preferences on the Account page or email us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

We are based in Canada and may process data in other countries with appropriate safeguards. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
